OnMission's Beginnings

''God, send me. Oh, please send me! The sun came out and made a perfect circle around me.'' After an amazing turn of events, Olivia, the OnMission Coordinator, followed God into the call that He had placed on her life. She meant to just obey God and share the Gospel, but God blessed the effort so much that every time OnMission needed something, God would answer prayers in amazing ways.

With God behind it, it quickly grew into a ministry as people saw the miraculous provision with their own eyes and went and told other people. Now, Evangelist Olivia continues to focus on Jesus, share the Gospel, and make disciples through a quickly growing ministry that is "OnMission" for Jesus.

Let's go OnMission!

Our beginning is what makes us unique. We started as a college club at Southern Nazarene University that drove to downtown OKC to share the Gospel with everyone and hand out peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to the homeless. We ran out of supplies many times but after prayer, someone would give us what we needed - which often happened without telling people what was needed for the next mission trip.

The Calling of the Evangelist

The role of evangelist has two callings: to reach the unreached (Matt. 28) and to equip the church (Eph. 4).
